In addition to a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership, Sandie is a certified Executive Coach through the Center of Executive Coaching and International Coaching Federation. Sandie has an impressive resume and has continued to take extensive coaching and facilitator training for the last 22 years.

My Story
Humble Upbringing on a Farm
As a child and through high school, I grew up on a farm in Eastern Colorado. I will forever be grateful for this humble upbringing, learning the value of hard work and the beauty of how Earth takes care of our needs. The farm provided an environment that developed my curiosity and love for learning.
Educational Journey
Driven by a passion for understanding the natural world, my journey from high school led directly to college where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in May of 2000. College life was a period of intense learning and personal discovery, both in the classroom and in the science/engineering field. About 10 years into my career, my educational journey pivoted as I developed a passion for training and developing others.
In 2013, I achieved a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from Regis University. This advanced degree provided the tools and knowledge needed to drive strategic organizational change, improve team performance, and enhance leadership capabilities. Although my undergraduate and graduate degree’s are in vastly different disciplines, the combination of knowledge and experience allowed me to excel in coaching and developing others within science, technology, engineering, and manufacturing industries.
Professional Journey
My professional journey began in the dairy industry, working for a global manufacturing company that is known for its excellence in manufacturing dairy products and commitment to developing people. Starting in an entry-level position in June 1999, hard work and dedication paved the way for steady promotions. Each role provided new challenges and learning opportunities, from quality control, operations management, technical services, and human resources. My tenure at this company was marked by many personal and professional achievements, but I am most proud of the achievements others experienced from my commitment to coaching and developing others.

Following a career in the dairy industry, my journey then took me to the aerospace and defense industry, where I was instrumental in developing talent management, leadership development, and learning development programs from the ground up. With more than 25 years of cumulative experience within the manufacturing, aerospace, and defense industries, my professional path has been diverse and fulfilling.
Personal Journey
My life outside of work fuels my passion for personal growth, lifelong curiosity, and challenging adventures. I am married to the most amazing man, who is a Denver Firefighter. Together, we are raising two sons, nurturing them with the same values of hard work, curiosity, faith, and integrity that have guided our own lives. Our boys bring joy and adventure, and we cherish time spent together exploring the outdoors on dirt bikes or mountain bikes, playing sports, and traveling.
