Meet Sandie

Hi, I am Sandie Hoover, a Certified Executive Coach.

A little bit about me:

• I grew up on a farm on the Eastern plains of Colorado

• I have an undergraduate degree and a bachelors degree in Biology and Chemistry

• I have a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership

• I have 25 years of experience using all of the knowledge I gained from all of my degrees

  • Most came from the Manufacturing Industry

  • Also from the Aerospace and Defense Industry

  • I worked from lab technician to production supervisor to production management

  • I worked in Corporate offices

  • I traveled domestically and internationally, so I understand what drives value in many different types of situations as well as

  • I also worked in Factories

What I am doing today is I am bringing all of my experiences, education, and background to my own business and I look forward to meeting you in my business.

I develop leaders within any organization, whether it is manufacturing, aerospace defense, or any other type of industry. I develop leaders from any level, from frontline leaders to executive leaders. I use a proven approach that I have perfected over the last 25 years.

I like to start with objective data first. Starting with objective data for any type of coaching and relationship or leadership initiative and then I figure out what will drive the most value based on what the data says and any other information that I have.
